All of you are aware of the tragedy that recently took place in the Eastern part of Ukraine, Luhansk, a city known for its kind and welcoming community. Initially, heavily armed forces attacked the city we call home and not only ruined our houses but also our lives. The government's budget tormented by the recent events is now so low,

it's almost non-exsitent, that social workers such as teachers, who had made a career in the area, from receiving not only a livable salary, but anything at all. The temperature is below freezing and with almost no way of getting food, these innocent people and their families, children and the elderly are beginning to go hungry.

 

Feed a family and help them thrive through the unjustified hardship of this terrible war.

 

WE ARE NOT ALONE!

It has been made clear what impact corrupt politics and greed can have on the world. Its tendency to take as well as destroy lives.

 

Do not ask : “For whom the bell tolls?”, It tolls for thee.

 

For you it’s a pack of cigarettes - for them it is enough food for a week. For you it’s a takeaway coffee – for them it’s a bag full of rice and potatoes.  Something which can cost their lives means so very little to you.
